About Me
Doctor of Medical Sciences (since 2005), Professor, Corresponding Member of RANS, Highest Category Physician. In medicine since age 13, in surgery since age 14. In 2003, together with Professor Kazanskaya I.V., established a new medical specialty — 'Pediatric Urology-Andrology' — in Russia.

My Approach to Treatment
Over 42 years of practice, I've helped thousands of patients — from newborns to adult men. Every case is unique, and I firmly believe that successful treatment starts with attentive care for the patient.
My surgeries are performed with a precision comparable to ophthalmic surgery. I use modern microsurgical techniques for cryptorchidism, hydrocele, varicocele, and spermatocele.

💬 Opinion: To be honest, I consider the Russian system of certifications and endless paperwork exceptionally pointless. I've spent 40 years accumulating documents that fill a large suitcase. Only about a third are shown here — in total I have 188 such 'quality marks'.

Dear parents and patients,
Over more than 42 years in medicine, I have seen thousands of families who came to me with anxiety and left with hope. Every child, every patient is a separate story requiring an individual approach, patience, and deep understanding of the problem.
Pediatric urology-andrology is a specialty I built from scratch in Russia. When Professor Kazanskaya and I created this field in 2003, many colleagues were skeptical. But today, thousands of boys and young men receive qualified care because we didn't give up.
I believe that a good doctor is not the one who operates the most, but the one who knows exactly when surgery is needed — and when it isn't. My principle is minimal invasiveness with maximum results. Every operation is performed with the delicacy of ophthalmic surgery.
